Pitching Clinic
Main Objectives: 1) Work each participant’s arm backing into baseball shape, 2) Develop and perfect balance and release points in order to consistently throw STRIKES all season long!
This program will place emphasis on basic pitching mechanics and techniques. Throwing, pitching, and balance drills will be introduced. Players will learn about arm circles, extension, proper release points, and the follow through as well as how to regain and maintain arm strength while simultaneously preventing injury. Pitchers will also learn the proper grips on the baseball for both the fastball and change-up as well as being introduced to defensive drills and techniques.

Hitting Clinics
Main Objectives: 1) Proper hitting stance and balance, 2) keeping head still throughout swing 3) correct hand path to ball, 4) generating power using legs and hips 5) re-acclimation to live pitching.
Adopting a general approach to hitting and learning the proper stance will be the first goals of the program while the mental approach will also be introduced. After players feel comfortable, the “starter, step, and swing” will be the main points of focus. Players will then be challenged to generate power using their hips and lower body. Tee work, short toss, side toss, and live batting practice will be used throughout all drill work.

Strength & Conditioning w/ Coach Holla!
Main Objectives: 1) Introduce arm strengthening and injury prevention stretching exercises, 2) Increase foot-speed and agility, 3) Improve general cardiovascular conditioning.
As athletes continue to grow and physically mature, it is of increasing importance for them to learn how to limit injuries and promote proper muscle recovery. The vital strength, conditioning, and flexibility exercises taught in this clinic are essential tools for developing athletes.
The main goal of the clinic is to introduce strength exercises that athletes should be performing throughout the year. Based on current strength levels, athletes will be challenged to maximize their athletic potential. Another goal of this clinic is to teach proper running technique to increase speed. Through running, sprinting, and agility drills, players will learn to run faster, quicker, and with greater efficiency. Athletes active in any sport are encouraged to attend.

Infield & Outfield Defense!
Main Objectives: 1) Learn correct groundball techniques emphasizing footwork and soft hands 2) Improve throws to 1st base by learning shuffle-steps and power-generating momentum footwork, 3) Work on initial steps in the outfield to cover as much ground as possible and making judging fly-ball depth easier.
